The Wolf Among Us Story Explained
Faith, whose story-name is Allerleirauh, is murdered. Her head is left at the Woodlands. A second head looks like Snow and is Lily, wearing a cheap glamour. Georgie is the man who killed them. He says he misunderstood an order from the Crooked Man, the lender who already owned Crane's debts and the glamour supply. Vivian's ribbon forced obedience and cut off a head if someone tried to remove it. Nerissa admits she tipped Georgie and placed Faith's head. Bigby then suspects Nerissa is Faith. The game does not say he is right.
The chain
Crane was skimming Fabletown and borrowed from the Crooked Man. The Crooked Man's circle, Georgie, the Tweedles, Bloody Mary, Greenleaf, and the Jersey Devil, ran the illegal glamour and the clubs. Faith and Lily were caught in that economy. Georgie did the killing. Vivian had copied the ribbon curse onto the other women and later took her own ribbon off.
Bigby kills Bloody Mary as a wolf in the foundry, then faces the Crooked Man in the office. You decide the sentence. None of those sentences change who held the knife.
