PC System Requirements and Steam Deck
Steam's store page lists a Windows 10 minimum and a Windows 11 recommendation, both with 8 GB of RAM. The minimum target is low settings at 1080p and 30 frames. The recommended target is high settings at 1080p and 60 frames. There is no Mac or Linux build, no GOG build, and no official DLSS claim. Steam Deck is named in the launch post, without a Verified badge in that sentence.
Minimum and recommended
Both rows require a 64-bit processor and operating system. The hardware and FPS targets are Steam's published requirements, a single source; these are not measurements by this site. PC download and installed sizes are not published in the sources checked and remain unspecified.

GOG, Mac, and DLSS
Steam's platform flags are Windows yes, Mac no, Linux no. Telltale's buy list has Steam and Epic, not GOG. I am not going to describe a Mac port that the store says does not exist.
DLSS is a rumor, not a line on the store page. Until the publisher or the store prints it, this page will not say the game supports it.
The launch post's Steam Deck line is 'PC via Steam (including Steam Deck).' That is as far as the official wording goes.

Can my PC run The Wolf Among Us Remastered?
If it is 64-bit Windows 10 with 8 GB of RAM and a GPU around a GTX 470, it meets the published minimum.
Is there a Mac version?
No.
Is it on GOG?
No GOG edition is listed.
Does it support DLSS?
No official claim. Treat it as unannounced.
